We are looking for someone available for a SET SCHEDULE (Non-Flexible):
Shift #1: Monday -Friday 2pm - 10pm and Wednesday - Sunday 2pm-10pm
Shift #2: Sat-Sun 2pm-10pm
Shift #3: Saturday and Sunday 6am-2pm
Shift #4 Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Shift #5 Monday- Friday 10pm - 6am , Wednesday - Sunday 10pm - 6am or Saturday - Wednesday 10pm - 6am

Minimum of 6 months experience (preferred), must pass health screening/TB test & Live Scan clearance; must be age 18+ and legal to work in the U.S; MUST read & write English.
Our residents are all ambulatory and will need assistance with activities of daily living, meals, appointments and implementation of client needs and services as stated in the client’s IPP.
Under the direction of the Facility Administrator, House Manager, or designee, the position provides direct care and supervision to adults with brain trauma and other related health concerns.
- Support adults with diagnosis (brain trauma, dementia etc...)
- Provide support in communication, problem solving, personal hygiene, etc.
- Provide transportation as needed.
- Support individuals with medical visits, and recreational activities.
- Promote independence and individual growth.
- Maintain clean, safe and home-like environment.
MUST have positive attitude, desire to help others, dependable, punctual, efficient and a TEAM PLAYER!

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
