Job Summary
Sophia Health Institute is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and team-oriented Registered
Nurse to join our growing IV department. Working alongside Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, PhD, this is an opportunity to practice at the forefront of integrative medicine in a clinic specializing in complex chronic illness.
Responsibilities
- Administer therapeutic nutrient IV therapies and injections prescribed by clinic physicians.
- Monitor patients throughout treatment and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of sterile technique, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrate proficiency with venipuncture and difficult IV placements.
- Manage IV supplies, inventory, and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care.
- Provide patient education within the nursing scope of practice.
- Contribute to process improvements and the continued growth of the IV department.
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Registered Nurse license.
- Extensive IV infusion experience required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in venipuncture and difficult IV placements.
- Experience in outpatient infusion, functional medicine , integrative medicine, emergency medicine, critical care, or regenerative medicine preferred.
- Knowledge of Washington State and USP guidelines related to IV administration and sterile practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Compassion for and interest in caring for patients with complex chronic illnesses.

Position: Part-time 20-30 hrs per week, with flexibility dependent on clinic needs, with the potential to go full-time.
Compensation: $45 - $75 per hour, depending on experience and with flexibility depending on clinic needs
