Position Summary:
We are looking for a self starter, motivated to learn our business and drive our production teams' continued success. The Production Supervisor role includes responsibility for both human and material resources, and the management of production operations including scheduling, documentation, equipment maintenance, and production quality.
The Production Supervisor is also responsible for continuous improvement of the production systems to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services related to Quality, Cost, and On Time Delivery. The Production Supervisor also will manage their direct reports to execute the production plan, and help their team become the best versions of themselves. We support the World's leading Tech companies in a variety of markets using our “GSD” attitude while still having FUN.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high mix / low volume manufacturing environment (Associate or Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing Operations a plus)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership and team-building skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings, prints, and work instructions
- Hands-on experience navigating ERP systems (Visual a plus)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with 5/6S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma Principles / Methodologies
