CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Must be able to work overtime)
Pay Rate: $14.00/hr
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative will handle order processing, data entry, and customer communication while supporting daily administrative operations. Accuracy, professionalism, and strong multitasking skills are essential.
This role is not equivalent to call center experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing — Enter, update, and track customer orders with accuracy.
- Data Entry — Perform 10‑key by touch for invoices, orders, and internal documents.
- Email Communication — Create, send, and reply to customer and internal emails.
- Excel Reporting — Maintain spreadsheets, track orders, and update logs.
- Customer Support — Provide clear, professional communication to resolve issues.
- Multitasking — Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Representative experience (non–call center).
- Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
- Proficient with email communication.
- Ability to perform 10‑key by touch accurately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
