Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General Laborer with strong 12-volt electrical knowledge to join our production team. In this role, you will assist in the assembly and customization of specialty vehicles, with a heavy focus on wiring and low-voltage electrical systems.
What You Will Do: Route, install, and connect 12-volt electrical wiring, lighting, and audio/video components in custom vehicles. Troubleshoot and test 12V electrical circuits to ensure proper functionality and safety. Perform general assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Assist team members with mechanical assembly, fabrication, and finishing touches. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the shop.
What We Need You Bring to the Team: 12V Electrical Knowledge: Strong understanding of low-voltage DC electrical systems, wiring, fusing, and relays.
Knowledge of basic power tools, drills, and wire crimpers. Detail-Oriented, ability to read basic schematics, follow instructions, and maintain high quality control.
What You Need to Bring On Day One of Work: Comfortable Attire, Sneakers or Boots (no open toe shoes in shop), copy of driver's license or any photo ID. You will be required to complete your employee packet containing information such as: social security number, address, bank account routing and checking number for direct deposit. Pay schedule is weekly on Wednesdays. Also bring your sense of humor, good attitude and smile as we do like to keep things positive throughout the work environment.
Other Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and lift light items throughout the day. Driver's license or other reliable transportation in place.
Reliability: Strong work ethic and dependable attendance for a standard weekday schedule.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
