Responsibilities
- Drive outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective account management and customer service.
- Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to educate clients on roofing solutions, emphasizing value propositions and up-selling opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Oversee roofing project build, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and expand territory coverage effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation.
- Proficiency with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively and up-sell additional services or solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster long-term client relationships through outside sales channels.
