Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, efficiently handling check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management software such as OPERA.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
- Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and concierge services to enhance their stay experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas by performing housekeeping duties according to established standards.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely room turnover and overall property cleanliness.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest service standards, fostering positive guest relations throughout their stay.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA is a plus; familiarity with hotel emergency procedures is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that promotes guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Experience in resort settings or similar hospitality environments is desirable.
