We are looking for an engine technician/ mower mechanic specializing in outdoor power equipment - customer-focused, energetic individual to assist with diagnosing, repairing, and maintenance of Stihl power tools, Ferris lawnmowers, and related equipment including zero-turns, lawn tractors, etc. This role combines maintenance, repairing, parts lookup, and customer service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and repairing equipment
- Use computer systems to look up and parts for equipment
- Mechanical, electrical, carburation, EFI, and hydraulic experience
- Perform light to medium lifting (up to 50 lbs) of equipment and parts
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Build relationships with customers and provide top-notch service
Qualifications:
- Previous power equipment experience necessary
- Basic mechanical knowledge of outdoor power tools and lawn equipment is necessary
- Comfortable using computer systems and parts lookup software
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Dependable and punctual
- Competitive base pay rate
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
