Job Summary
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Custodians to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic who take pride in maintaining clean and safe environments. The position involves performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks across commercial, residential, and industrial settings, ensuring facilities are well-kept and presentable.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Assist with floor care activities including buffing, stripping, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Support facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs and painting as needed
- Operate cleaning machinery and tools efficiently to ensure effective cleaning outcomes
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following safety protocols and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to facility needs and requests
