Lead Technician Job Description
CPR Cell Phone Repair, a leading electronics repair franchise, is seeking a motivated Electronics Repair Technician to join our growing team in Middletown, NY.
We are looking for a reliable team member who enjoys technology, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced environment.
This position combines customer service, sales, and device repair. Prior repair experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Sell accessories and protection plans
- Process repairs through our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working with technology
- Ability to learn repair procedures
- Retail, sales, or technical experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
