Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the expansion, communication, cooperation promotion and daily maintenance of TikTok influencers in the Spanish-speaking region.
- Responsible for influencer community operation and one-on-one management, as well as following up on samples, content publishing and cooperation effects.
- Communicate the content direction, selling points and cooperation requirements to influencers based on product and business demands.
- Follow the content trends of TikTok e-commerce and continuously optimize the influencer operation approach.
Job Requirements:
- Spanish can be used as a working language.
- Familiar with TikTok content and e-commerce ecosystem, with strong learning ability and communication skills.
- Strong execution capability, able to simultaneously advance collaborations with multiple influencers.
- Prior experience in influencer operation, community operation or overseas e-commerce is preferred.
- Prior experience in graphic design, short video shooting and editing, or OBS LIVE is preferred.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
