Summary
- This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Property Management Team in maintaining all aspects of property operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists Property Managers in the initiation and management of all core business processes including resident relations, maintenance needs budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and vendor relations.
- Answers incoming phone calls professionally and handles accordingly, whether the caller is a prospective resident, a resident, an internal Company team member or a vendor.
- Takes resident/tenant service requests in a complete and accurate manner, route them to maintenance for prompt processing and conduct follow-ups.
- Physically inspects the property when on grounds, pick up litter and report any service needs to the maintenance team.
- Manage the preparation of and give approval on accurate tenant billings.
- Obtain aging report and deliver standard correspondence to address tenant delinquencies.
- Follow up on all delinquencies using Moses Tucker or client directed policies.
- Prepare portions of the monthly financial statement and code property invoices.
- Prepare POA minutes.
- Prepare aspects of annual budget preparation.
- Participate in performance oversight of all service contractors who perform contract services.
- Prepare lease abstract for new tenant files, prepare monthly rent roll
- Review maintenance work orders and ensure work is completed.
- Ensure that all property files are prepared and maintained in orderly and logical manner including leases and contracts.
- Completes other projects as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
