Urgently Hiring – BCBA (North Carolina License Required)
We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed or license-eligible in North Carolina to join our growing ABA team. This position is open to full-time, part-time, and remote BCBAs, with strong administrative support and manageable caseloads.

Compensation
- Hourly (Part-Time / Contract): $70 – $95 per hour
- Salaried (Full-Time): $81,000 – $105,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Review data and adjust treatment plans
- Maintain BACB and payer compliance
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- North Carolina licensure or license eligibility
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
- Ability to work independently (especially remote roles)
