Popular Hollywood restaurant is hiring an energetic, positive and passionate Restaurant General Manager to manage the overall operations of a store, including team member leadership and development, sales performance, customer service, community involvement and execution of brand excellence. As a Restaurant Manager, you will create and sustain a highly productive store environment as you coach for excellent team member performance and drive customer service and satisfaction. We are paying competitive salary and higher wages for candidates with more experience with real opportunities for advancement within the restaurant and company.
Restaurant Manager daily responsibilities include:
-Training, coaching, counseling and disciplining team members and shift managers
-work 5 front of house shifts per week
-maintain operational excellence and demonstrate exceptional leadership behavior
-create a store plan to execute company initiatives and follow-up consistently to ensure that your store is on track to achieve great results
-staff scheduling
-ordering
-hiring/onboarding
Requirements
This job is right for you if you
have 1-2 years of restaurant level manager experience in a high volume restaurant (preferred)
have a positive attitude
enjoying working on a team
have a true passion for hospitality and great food
