As an AI Robotics Support Associate, you will provide frontline technical and operational support for our AI-powered automation systems and warehouse robotics. You will work closely with IT and warehouse staff to ensure seamless operation, timely troubleshooting, and data-driven optimization of our intelligent logistics systems. Provide technical support for AI and robotics systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise

Monitor the performance of AI-powered automation and robotics systems (e.g., AMRs, conveyors, sorters, RPA tools)
