We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for locating individuals and collecting on outstanding invoices owed.
Responsibilities:
- Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts
- Make outbound and handle inbound phone calls
- Receive and post payment to customer's account
- Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
- Keep records and status of customer's account
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage hundreds of files
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Must be able to work at a fast pace

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
