Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. This role is vital in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, expertise in talent acquisition strategies, and experience with a range of HR and recruiting tools. The Recruiter will play a key role in building a high-performing workforce by managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including technical recruiting, campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and internal staffing initiatives. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles across the organization, including technical positions and executive roles.
- Source candidates through social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate employment contracts and offer terms with candidates while ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws.
- Develop talent management strategies including succession planning and employee development initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on talent acquisition strategies.
- Lead employer branding efforts through social media management and outreach campaigns to attract passive candidates.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs and assist with onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends in HR sourcing, HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or Workday, and recruitment best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruiting across multiple disciplines including technical recruiting, executive search, campus recruitment, and internal staffing.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates at all levels.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Experience using HR tools such as Salesforce for relationship management or Kronos/UltiPro for workforce management is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in research techniques for sourcing candidates via social media management and lead generation strategies.
