TeoPros Building Services is seeking a highly organized, positive, and fast-paced Administrative Assistant & Customer Support Coordinator to assist our Platform Manager with daily operations, customer communication, data entry, and administrative support.
This position will primarily focus on handling incoming calls, entering and managing information within JobTread, and assisting with administrative coordination tasks.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
This is a hybrid remote position with occasional in-office days or meetings as needed.

Position Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers with a positive attitude
- Assist the Platform Manager with daily administrative and coordination tasks
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry within JobTread
- Maintain organized digital records, notes, and project information
- Assist with emails, scheduling, and internal communication
- Coordinate internally with team members, vendors, and subcontractors as needed
- Help maintain efficient workflow and customer communication throughout projectsQualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling phone calls and communication professionally
Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel preferred
Experience with JobTread is highly preferred
Administrative experience in construction or service industries is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Compensation
- Starting pay: $20–$25 per hour depending on experience Opportunity for growth as the company continues to expand
Schedule
- Monday through Friday Hybrid remote position with occasional in-office days or meetings as needed
