Commercial Vehicle Sales
Join our established commercial department at a leading domestic manufacturer dealership as we expand our commercial and fleet business. We’re looking for a driven Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager who can build relationships, win new accounts, and match businesses with the right trucks and upfit solutions. If you have proven commercial sales experience and the motivation to help grow an existing operation, this role puts you in the driver’s seat.
How You’ll Drive Commercial Success
- Prospect and engage commercial truck clients — fleet managers, contractors, municipalities, and local businesses.
- Develop strategies to win new truck and fleet accounts.
- Recommend the right commercial trucks by understanding payload, towing, GVWR, upfit needs, and business operations.
- Prepare clear, competitive proposals and quotes for trucks and upfits.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to close deals.
- Build long‑term relationships as a trusted commercial truck advisor.
- Stay current on new truck models, upfit options, incentives, and industry trends.
- Support department growth through additional commercial sales responsibilities
The Expertise That Drives Commercial Success:
- Commercial automotive sales experience: At least 2 year of commercial/fleet sales is required.
- Strong industry knowledge: You understand vehicles, upfitting options, and what business clients need to keep operations running.
- Relationship‑building strength: You excel at creating long‑term partnerships and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Technology‑driven workflow: Comfortable navigating CRM platforms for lead tracking and DMS systems to manage daily operations.
- Proven sales performance: A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Self‑driven mindset: Goal‑oriented, motivated, and ready to take ownership of your success.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
