Bilingual Salespeople Needed
Kia Mall of Georgia is looking for outgoing and hardworking individuals with impeccable customer service, communication and persuasion skills to join our sales team. You would be joining one of the largest privately owned dealership families in the metro area.
Pay: Our sales staff can make anywhere from $50,000-$100,00 plus a year
Duties:
- Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship, and prompt and courteous service.
- Assisting customers with questions, needs and purchases.
- Attending weekly sales meetings.
- Cultivating successful relationships with automotive consumers.
- Greeting each customer that comes into the store in a warm manner.
- Identifying customer requirements.
- Preparing vehicles for test drives.
- Assisting customers with purchase decisions.
- Working through CRM to follow up with leads

Experience level: Candidates who have experience in car sales, hospitality jobs such as bartending, waiting tables, insurance sales, and mobile sales have a high success rate in this role.
