Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, valid Occupational Therapy license in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain).
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children in educational settings.
- Strong ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Flexibility and creative problem-solving to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students with a variety of physical, developmental, and sensory challenges.
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions.
- Document progress in accordance with school and state guidelines.
- Attend and contribute to IEP and student support meetings.
