How You'll Make an Impact
Every product you help build contributes to the quality and reliability of medical devices used in healthcare settings. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure patients and healthcare providers receive products they can depend on.
- Assemble high-quality medical device products by following detailed work instructions and specifications.
- Work with small components, tubing, and subassemblies to build products used in healthcare applications.
- Perform precision assembly tasks, including but not limited to cutting, trimming, bonding, molding and connecting materials.
- Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements.
- Use microscopes, measuring equipment, and magnification tools to verify product accuracy and workmanship.
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation throughout the manufacturing process.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic math, reading, and measurement skills
- Ability to follow written instructions and documented procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills through hands-on training
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous medical device, manufacturing, assembly, or cleanroom experience
- Experience working with microscopes, precision tools, or small components
- Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments
Candidates without direct medical device manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply. Paid on-the-job training is provided.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and move items up to 20 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
- Perform repetitive hand movements, including grasping, pushing, pulling, rotating, and fine motor assembly work
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb steps throughout the shift
- Ability to use microscopes and magnification devices as needed

- Day Shift Available Monday - Thursday (5:30am – 4:00pm)
- Night Shift Available Monday - Thursday(3:30pm – 2:00am)
