Schedule
Training Schedule
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Regular Schedule
Monday- Friday : 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
What You'll Do
As the first voice our customers hear, you'll play a huge role in creating an outstanding customer experience.
Every day brings something different as you:
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and with compassion.
- Schedule service and repair appointments efficiently.
- Dispatch technicians throughout the day.
- Keep customers updated on technician arrival times.
- Coordinate schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Follow up with technicians as jobs are completed.
- Assist customers with questions and scheduling needs.
- Contact Comfort Club Members to schedule preventative maintenance appointments.
- Help keep our office running smoothly while supporting the entire team.
This is a fast-paced position where organization, communication, and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Dispatching or scheduling experience (HVAC experience is a plus)
- ServiceTitan experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
