Shift: Full time 11pm - 730am - weekends included
Pay: $17.50/hr
What You’ll Do: As a Hospital Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of medical equipment within our partner hospitals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Equipment Delivery: Transport medical equipment to patient rooms and standby locations, ensuring it’s patient-ready with all necessary accessories.
- Effective Communication: Act as a resource for clinical staff, confidently discussing equipment features and functionality.
- Quality Service: Uphold high service standards, meeting both customer and company metrics while providing an exceptional experience.
- Equipment Management: Pick up, clean, and prepare equipment for use, adhering to all company and hospital protocols.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience is essential; prior hospital experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours to support our 24/7 operations.
- Physical capability to lift/push up to 75 pounds and stay active throughout your shift.
