Shoreview Family Dental is looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to join our friendly, patient-focused team. We are a growing private practice that values teamwork, positivity, and providing exceptional care to every patient who walks through our doors.
As our practice continues to grow, we're excited to be moving into a newly expanded space in the same building, creating an even better environment for our patients and our team. We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a growing company, is flexible, and is excited to grow alongside us.
What You'll Do
- Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
- Provide excellent patient education and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
- Support front and back office workflow as needed
- Work collaboratively with a team that values communication and positivity
What We're Looking For
- Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate with patients
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt as our practice continues to grow
- Team player who enjoys helping wherever needed
- Experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated new graduates who are eager to learn

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
