Definition of Position:
The Circulator/Operating Room Nurse is responsible for the direct and indirect provision of professional nursing care of the patients in the operating room. The nurse is accountable for ongoing evaluation and documentation of all components of care delivered to patients within the intra-operative setting utilizing the nursing process.
Education and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Possess a current TN license as a Registered Nurse
BLS and ACLS certification, within 30 days of hire
One year of recent experience as an RN in the operating room environment preferred.
Pay: From $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
