The Senior Director, RPO Sourcing is a strategic and innovative talent acquisition leader responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide sourcing, talent attraction, and candidate marketing strategies across AMN Healthcare's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division. This leader will drive proactive talent pipeline development, elevate candidate engagement, optimize sourcing technology investments, and lead high-performing sourcing teams supporting national healthcare clients.
As a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, clients, and internal leaders, the Senior Director will leverage deep expertise in healthcare recruiting, workforce trends, employer branding, digital talent marketing, and talent intelligence to deliver scalable recruiting solutions that improve hiring outcomes, strengthen talent pipelines, and support business growth.

Strategic Leadership & Talent Attraction
- Develop and execute enterprise sourcing and candidate marketing strategies that support client hiring objectives, workforce planning initiatives, and long-term talent acquisition goals.
- Serve as a strategic partner to internal leadership and client stakeholders, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and workforce trends.
- Create innovative programs to identify, attract, engage, and convert top healthcare and professional talent across competitive markets.
- Drive sourcing transformation initiatives that improve productivity, pipeline quality, diversity outreach, and candidate engagement.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiting professionals and candidate marketing specialists.
- Establish performance standards, best practices, and sourcing excellence frameworks across the RPO organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build organizational sourcing capabilities through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Candidate Marketing & Employer Brand
- Lead candidate marketing strategies utilizing digital channels, social media, talent communities, CRM campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Partner with marketing and client stakeholders to develop compelling talent attraction campaigns.
- Enhance candidate experiences through personalized engagement strategies targeted at both active and passive talent.
- Develop scalable recruitment marketing solutions that improve candidate conversion and pipeline generation.
Talent Sourcing & Workforce Intelligence
- Oversee advanced sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, AI-powered sourcing technologies, talent intelligence tools, database mining, and social recruiting.
- Utilize labor market data and competitive intelligence to advise clients and leadership on recruitment strategies and workforce trends.
- Create and implement diverse sourcing strategies that drive inclusive candidate pipelines and support hiring objectives.
- Identify emerging talent channels and sourcing technologies that improve recruiting effectiveness and scalability.
Technology, Analytics & Innovation
- Evaluate and recommend sourcing tools, technology investments, and recruitment marketing platforms to enhance sourcing performance.
- Manage sourcing budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring strong ROI and business impact.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators including pipeline health, source effectiveness, conversion rates, recruiter productivity, and candidate engagement.
- Utilize workforce analytics and recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
Client & Executive Partnership
- Build strong relationships with executive leadership and client stakeholders, including C-suite partners.
- Present workforce insights, sourcing strategies, talent market trends, and performance outcomes to senior leadership.
- Support business development initiatives by providing sourcing expertise and talent acquisition consultation during client engagements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on healthcare talent acquisition challenges and market-driven recruiting solutions.
Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, recruitment marketing, workforce solutions, healthcare staffing, RPO, or healthcare recruiting; OR
- High School Diploma/GED and 19+ years of relevant experience.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition teams.
- Experience leading large-scale sourcing strategies supporting enterprise hiring initiatives.
Additional Experience
- Deep expertise in healthcare recruitment, workforce solutions, RPO, MSP, staffing, or contingent workforce environments.
- Strong understanding of clinical, allied health, nursing, non-clinical, and healthcare leadership recruiting.
- Proven success building talent communities and implementing innovative sourcing and candidate marketing strategies.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms, recruitment marketing technology, AI sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, social recruiting platforms, and talent analytics solutions.
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

$115,500 - $144,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
