For almost 50 years, Watson’s has been the leading supplier of Home & Recreational products to the Mid-West area. Watson’s is a trusted name and iconic brand in our business and attracts a large volume of foot traffic to our showrooms that includes many loyal repeat customers. We have the largest chemical and accessory department of any local pool and spa company.
Due to our continued annual rapid growth, we are currently seeking a part-time sales associate to join the Watson's team. At Watson’s of Dayton, our sales associates generate more personal income than any other furniture retailer in our area. Our generous compensation plan gives you a great opportunity to maximize your income. Part-time sales associates will earn a base hourly pay plus generous commission for each sale.
Sales Associate Overview
- Greet & qualify customers; match needs to products (no cold calling—100% showroom traffic)
- Close sales and coordinate delivery/follow-up
- Hit monthly team & individual goals (we train you)
- Maintain clean, priced, and shoppable displays

- Flexible for retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Comfortable on your feet and moving throughout a 50,000 sq ft showroom
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
