Pay: Hourly + Performance Incentives
We're a growing office looking for motivated individuals who are dependable, energetic, and ready to work. This position involves making outbound phone calls throughout the day using company-provided systems. No prior experience is required. We provide training to the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls using our computer-based dialing system.
- Follow company scripts and procedures while keeping conversations natural.
- Accurately document calls in our system.
- Maintain productivity goals and work efficiently throughout the day.
- Work as part of a small team where every person's contribution matters.
We're Looking for People Who:
* Are comfortable using a computer.
*Don't mind making repetitive outbound calls throughout the day.
* Are confident and comfortable talking on the phone.
*Can think quickly and respond naturally during conversations.
* Can handle hearing "no" and keep dialing.
* Have a good work ethic and show up ready to work.
* Are dependable, punctual, and motivated to succeed.
*Want to make money.
