We are partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This highly visible position will lead the company’s financial strategy while overseeing both finance and accounting operations.

Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning

Manage banking and lender relationships, credit facilities, and loan agreements

Oversee cash flow, liquidity, treasury, and overall capital structure

Provide leadership across financial reporting, accounting, tax, audit, and internal controls

Analyze business and financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Partner with operational leaders to align financial and organizational objectives

Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting teams

10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Strong background in financial planning, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting

Proven experience managing banking relationships, credit facilities, lending agreements, and capital strategies

Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate financial information to senior leadership
-
Demonstrated success leading and developing finance and accounting teams
