Travel RN Case Manager – Acute Care

Hours: 40 hours/week
Shift: Days
Weekend/Holiday: No weekends or holidays required
Patient Ratio: 1:25
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager for a 13-week travel assignment supporting adult and geriatric medical and surgical patients, including ICU and IMC populations.
LCSWs may also be considered for this position.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Recent acute-care case management experience
- Experience with case management/utilization review
- Experience with care coordination and discharge planning
- Knowledge of medical necessity and evidence-based guidelines
- Experience with adult medical/surgical patients
- Epic experience required
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license at submission
- BLS – AHA required
- Care Management certification preferred
- PASRR/level-of-care experience preferred
