Facility Operations Coordinator

FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt anages and coordinates victim/survivor’s residential daily requests and situations at the emergency shelter; responds to the 24-crisis hotline for family and sexual violence crisis intervention and safety planning; supports the monitoring of the facility’s security systems; and ensures that emergency clothing and personal care items requests from survivors are completed. the Facility Operations Coordinator works with lead shelter advocates, program managers, and the director on the physical safety of clients. This includes all operational oversight of the facility and the purchasing of supplies necessary to keep the 24-hour shelter operational.
