Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Accurately process transactions and handle cash
- Stay up-to-date on current cannabis laws and regulations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient customer service
- Experience in sales, retail, or restaurant service
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and product displays
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred but not required
- Possess a Montana State Marijuana Workers Permit
