Job Overview
· Responsible for compiling, reviewing and keeping accurate and up to date personnel records
· Record data for each employee and ensure employment records are accurate and secured.
· Responsible for recruitment of new personnel, hourly and salary, performance management, assist with benefit administration, policy development and administration and most importantly, provide customer service to all employees.
· Compile and prepare reports on HR data and personnel records
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties by providing a wide range of HR support and advice to management and employees
· Administer organizational policies in compliance with Federal, State and local legislation which includes, but is not limited to, EEO, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, COBRA, HIPAA, OSHA
· Interpreting HR policies and procedures based on the Employee Handbook
· Process, verify and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence
· Maintain time and attendance data and integrity, reports and weekly time sheets
· Assist w/staffing, succession planning and associate programs and processes
· Assist w/processing workers compensation, injury and property damage claims to ensure that forms are accurate and complete
· Explain company personnel policies, benefits and procedures to employees or job applicants
· Record data for each employee, including such things as addresses, wage/salary information, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations
· Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities
· Request information from previous employers and other references to determine employability as well as run background checks on potential new hires
· Maintain confidentiality and secure confidential records
· Onboarding of new employees, assist in training and development of employees
· Promote and maintain positive employee relations in a safe and productive work environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of experience in HR Administration
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
- Familiarity with benefits administration, and HR legal compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze data using Excel for reporting purposes and support strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is desirable
· Conflict resolution, handling complaints and stress
· Ability to multi-task, handle stress and time management are very important
Job type: Full time – On site
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with a one-hour lunch break
Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000 depending on education and experience

Pay: $60,050.31 - $80,000.00 per year
