We're hiring a detail-oriented, physically capable, team-first Bedroom Cleaning Team Member to join our crew.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. READ BEFORE APPLYING: -- You must be physically fit. This is an active, on-your-feet job. You'll be making beds, lifting, bending, and moving quickly for hours at a time. If you are not in good physical condition, this is not the right role. --
You must have reliable transportation. We work across multiple properties in Kalamazoo. Inconsistent arrival is not an option. --
You must be a team player. We work in crews. If you prefer to work solo or struggle in a team environment, this is not the right role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Make beds to a tight, consistent, hotel-quality standard every time
- Reset bedrooms and living spaces for incoming guests
- Dust, wipe surfaces, and clear all debris and missed items
- Spot and fix imperfections before moving to the next room
- Work as part of a 4-5 person crew to complete turnovers efficiently

SCHEDULE: -
Availability required 7 days a week - Working hours: 10:15 AM to 4:00 PM - Approximately 15 hours per week PAY: $20 per hour.
Pay: $20.00 per hour

- Can you commit to consistent availability between 10:15am - 4:00pm, 7 days a week if needed?
- This is a physically active role - you'll be on your feet, moving quickly, and cleaning multiple properties back-to-back. Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment for several hours at a time?
- Not all of our homes are on the bus line, so relying on public transportation is not an option for this role. You'll also be cleaning multiple homes a day, so relying on a ride is also not an option for this role. Do you have access to your own reliable vehicle to reach properties in Kalamazoo and Portage?
- This role averages 10-15 hours per week. Does that work for your current financial needs?
- Guests check out on different days every week, and our schedule is 100% dependent upon guest check out dates. Are you able to work a different schedule every week or do you need a consistent regular schedule?
