Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to join our warehouse/distribution center team. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Accurately enter and track inventory transactions using scanners and warehouse systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including: Stand-up forklifts, Cherry Pickers/Order Pickers, Scissor Lifts
- Utilize scales, RF scanners, and other inventory control equipment.
- Move, stack, and organize inventory throughout the facility.
- Assist with receiving, put-away, replenishment, and shipping activities as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Previous inventory control and warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience operating stand-up forklifts required; experience with cherry pickers and scissor lifts preferred.
- Ability to accurately use RF scanners and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment, including exposure to varying temperatures.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a full-panel drug screen.
- Must have a clean background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
