About Us: We are a bar and lounge with immersive escape rooms. We are dedicated to crafting unforgettable, interactive experiences. We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and theatrical individual to bring our escape rooms to life.
What You’ll Do: Act as the main guide and facilitator in our escape rooms, taking on various roles and characters to enhance guest immersion .Monitor games to ensure safety, fairness, and maximum fun .Collaborate with the team to develop new storylines, puzzles, and themed experiences .Engage with guests before, during, and after games to create memorable experiences .Brainstorm creative ideas to boost attendance, guest engagement, and social media presence
You Are:
- Passionate about theater, acting, and performance
- Outgoing, energetic, and able to engage guests of all ages
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing puzzles and props
- Creative and imaginative, with a knack for storytelling
- Flexible and reliable, able to work full-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A team player who loves collaboration and thrives in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate interactive games, activities, and themed events to entertain diverse groups of guests
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience while addressing any concerns or conflicts promptly
- Oversee event logistics, including setup, execution, and cleanup to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions accurately during ticketing or merchandise sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, directions, and special requests
- Maintain safety standards by monitoring guest behavior and applying conflict management techniques when necessary
- Engage with children and families through entertaining storytelling or theatrical performances to enhance their visit
Skills
- Strong background in events management and coordinating group activities with enthusiasm and precision
- Excellent conflict management abilities to resolve disputes swiftly while maintaining a positive environment
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes every guest feel valued
- Experience in guest services within hospitality or resort settings, emphasizing hospitality excellence
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly during transactions
- Comfortable working with people and delivering engaging public speaking presentations or theatrical performances
- Knowledge of food service operations or experience in theater arts is a plus for creating immersive experiences
