Pay Rate
$50.00 – $56.00 per hour

- Active Hawaii RN license
- Hawaii residency is required
- Current TB, First Aid, CPR/BLS
- Up-to-date immunizations (including COVID)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Hospice or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Must be able to commute or relocate before starting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in SNF, LTC, and assisted living environments.
- Perform clinical tasks such as catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding.
- Complete thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
- Provide first aid and basic life support per CPR/BLS guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes.
