Responsibilities:
Client admissions & assessments
Care plans & 90-day RN sign-offs
Skilled verification for caregivers/employees
RN supervision & onboarding support
Requirements:
Active Virginia RN license
Live no more than 2 hours away of Arlington, Virginia 22209
Home care experience preferred
Strong communication & documentation skills
Flexible per diem / part-time position. Candidate may live anywhere in Virginia
Pay: $34.00 - $41.43 per hour
