Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Train and supervise bar staff, including bartenders and servers.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, bartending, or restaurant management.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food production, and food safety practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Ability to effectively supervise and train staff members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixology is preferred but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
