We’re looking for an Automotive Repair Technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time and values working in a clean, organized, and professional shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Accurately document findings, recommendations, and completed work
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Work closely with service advisors and quality control to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform inspections and identify safety or maintenance needs
- Follow repair procedures, service information, and shop processes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support shop operations during downtime (shop upkeep, parts organization, etc.)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-time experience in an automotive repair shop
- Basic to advanced understanding of engines, electrical systems, and vehicle diagnostics
- Ability to use scan tools and service information systems
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$50 per flagged hour (based on experience and skill level)
