This position is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects. Our company works with residential homeowners looking to remodel or renovate their homes. the perfect candidate should:
- Take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
- Have reliable transportation ( gas compensation provided)
- Perform job closeouts
- Attend to customer complains or concerns
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with homeowners , subcontractors, corporate management
- Reports any disputes or problems encountered to the Project Manager for strategizing resolution.
- have the availability to work Monday through Friday 8-6PM
- Customer service skills
- Some construction knowledge is required
Pay: $900.00 - $3,669.62 per week
