Our Elgin, IL team is hiring a Customer Service Representative!
Duties and responsibilities are (including but not limited to):
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to effectively resolving customer related issues, improving processes and helping in efficiency
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Communicates with customers and colleagues at all times in courteous, clear, and professional manner
- Excellent organizational and communication skills – written and oral
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS office
- A proven track record of cross-functional interaction
- Demonstrated success in problem solving
- Must possess strong analytical skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
- Must possess a detail orientation, be able to work effectively
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
- Must be on-site, no remote work available
Work Environment
- Work is performed in a manufacturing and industrial environment.
- Majority of time will be spent in the office with occasional time on production floor.
