About the Role
EcoSystems is seeking an experienced Lawn Sprinkler Irrigation Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems. This position is ideal for a skilled irrigation professional who can work independently, deliver exceptional customer service, and take pride in quality workmanship.
What You'll Do
- Install, modify, and upgrade irrigation systems
- Troubleshoot and repair valves, wiring, controllers, leaks, and sprinkler heads
- Install timers, controllers, and rain sensors
- Perform underground repairs and excavation as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding system performance and recommendations
- Complete accurate job documentation and service records
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on irrigation service and/or installation experience
- Strong knowledge of irrigation plumbing, hydraulics, controllers, wiring, and system diagnostics
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience working with residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Industry certifications or advanced irrigation training
Schedule & Location
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with peak season flexibility as needed
- Saturdays required during peak season
