Mizak & Pacetti, LLC is a dynamic general practice law firm located in Parma, Ohio. We are seeking two experienced attorneys to join our office as Of Counsel, with openings to build and lead our domestic relations and estates/probate practice areas. We are a growing firm with a substantial and diverse client base, and we need experienced self-starters who will contribute to the growth of these practice areas and be fairly compensated for that contribution.
This is a unique opportunity within a general practice firm with an entrepreneurial spirit, where superior work is recognized and attracting new business is rewarded. Compensation is tied to production and new business generation, with earnings from both assigned matters and any self-originated work. You will be encouraged and supported in your efforts to build a client base in your practice area.
Candidates will handle and be responsible for all aspects of matters in their practice area:
- Domestic relations: divorce, dissolution, custody, child and spousal support, and related family law proceedings
- Estates/probate: wills, trusts, probate administration, and related estate planning matters
Qualifications:
- Experience practicing domestic relations/family law or estates/probate law
- Desire to build and lead a practice area within the firm
- Excellent academic credentials
- Excellent writing ability
- Ability to meet with and develop relationships with clients
- Excellent organizational skills
