Cashier / Customer Service Representative / Drink Maker

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our front-of-house team. This role involves taking orders, assisting customers, and preparing drinks and soups. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, works efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in delivering great service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders accurately using the POS system
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare beverages (coffee, tea, lemonade, etc.) and serve soups
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and drink station
- Restock items such as cups, lids, beverages, and supplies
- Assist with light food prep and other duties as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Must be punctual, dependable, and a team player
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
