We are looking for a friendly, organized, and animal-loving individual to join our team as an Animal Care Receptionist at Coddled Critters Pet Resort & Spaw. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, helping create a welcoming, safe, and positive experience for both owners and their furry family members.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working with dogs, enjoys interacting with people, and is comfortable assisting with both customer service and administrative tasks while also helping capture and share the fun experiences of our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets warmly during check-in and check-out
- Answer phone calls, emails, and assist clients with reservations and questions
- Maintain accurate client and pet records in the booking system
- Assist with scheduling boarding, daycare, grooming, and other services
- Engage with dogs in play areas when needed to help ensure a positive guest experience
- Take photos and videos of pets during their stay
- Create daily pet report cards and updates for pet owners
- Assist with social media content, including posting photos, videos, and updates
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Process payments and handle basic financial transactions
- Support general administrative tasks and assist team members as needed
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
