Physician Associate Required Qualifications:

Valid Physician Associate license with current state of Oregon licensure.

At least 2 years of experience and board certification or board eligibility

Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses

Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Comfort and experience with both initiation and maintenance of buprenorphine

Comfort and experience with treating other substance use disorders and severe and persistent mental illness

Must be comfortable treating all populations

Valid CPR certification and DEA license
Physician Associate Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with low-income children and families

Bilingual English/Spanish
