We are looking for ambitious and motivated professionals who want to build a large base of recurring income with no ceiling. While a small base pay is included, most of your income will be from commission on closed sales.
What You’ll Do
- Present the Autonomi Books offering to qualified leads via phone and video call
- Perform sales calls and video presentations that clearly articulate Autonomi Books' value.
- Assist with follow-up during initial Client Conversion
Compensation & Incentives
- Weekly Base Pay
- Direct pay-per-set commissions on all set appointments
- 10% commission on first-year revenue for each new client.
- Recurring and growing passivated commission - our average client expands over 500% in revenue in the first 6 months
- Unlimited earning potential — build a six-figure income stream by growing your client base.
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time Customer Success role with a substantially higher base salary while retaining your trailing commissions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales (experience selling Accounting Services preferred).
- Network within the CPA, Accounting, and Fractional CFO space is highly desirable.
- Entrepreneurial drive and comfort with a commission-only structure.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Independent, motivated, and eager to be part of an early-stage company.
