- Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and their associated costs.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
- Prepare and present accurate estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, service history, and repair orders.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, technical advancements, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or related role in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive service software.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
